JURIEN VETERANS RETREAT

Jurien Bay Veterans Inc have taken possession of the CWA Holiday Cottage at 30 Padbury Street Jurien Bay.

The primary purpose of the building is to provide a retreat for Service and Ex Service men and women and their families, who will get 30% discount off the normal tariff. If the cottage is not being let to ex service people it will be let to the general public.

The 2 bedroom cottage has 1 bathroom and a children’s games room with it’s own TV and a wide range of board games. It will accommodate a maximum of 6 people; bedding and bath towels are provided.

There is a pergola with an outdoor setting and BBQ, and an outdoor area with a fire pit. There is also a set of children’s swings. The  cottage’s block is quite large with lots of shady trees, is only 250 metres from the ocean and 350 metres from the IGA Supermarket and the Jurien Bay Hotel.

Our tariff is $200 per night for up to four people; $20 extra per night for additional occupants over the age of 5. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

We offer a 30% discount to all current and ex servicemen/women and will require proof of your service at the time of booking to generate this discount.

We also require a $200 bond which is refundable after your stay, if no damages or extra cleaning occurs from your time of stay.

We allow well-behaved dogs at the Veterans Retreat, but they must be kept outside. An additional $50 pet bond is required.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking; this is refundable if you cancel  no less than 7 days before your check in date. The remaining balance and bond money must be paid 24 hours before your arrival date, after which you will be given instructions on how to access the property.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided, however there is no wi-fi at the cottage.
